La notificaci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 el 4 de julio de 2024 en el Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n Social No. 1 en Apodaca, Nuevo Le\u00f3n, donde el imputado ya se encontraba internado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan las indagatorias, el 20 de mayo de 2024, la v\u00edctima, identificada como Christian Isaac, estaba en una vivienda de Colinas del Aeropuerto en el municipio de Pesquer\u00eda, Nuevo Le\u00f3n. \u00c1ngel Yahir, acompa\u00f1ado de otro sujeto, lleg\u00f3 al lugar, pate\u00f3 la puerta del patio lateral y, al abrirse, dispararon contra Christian Isaac, quien muri\u00f3 en el sitio, y tambi\u00e9n hirieron a una mujer.
