{"id":110565,"date":"2025-06-06T11:18:46","date_gmt":"2025-06-06T17:18:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elsemanariodenuevoleon.com.mx\/portal\/?p=110565"},"modified":"2025-06-06T11:18:48","modified_gmt":"2025-06-06T17:18:48","slug":"detienen-en-torreon-a-presunto-responsable-de-homicidio-en-nuevo-leon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elsemanariodenuevoleon.com.mx\/portal\/detienen-en-torreon-a-presunto-responsable-de-homicidio-en-nuevo-leon\/","title":{"rendered":"Detienen en Torre\u00f3n a presunto responsable de homicidio en Nuevo Le\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udcc5 <em>6 de junio de 2025<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones de Nuevo Le\u00f3n, en colaboraci\u00f3n con autoridades del estado de Coahuila, logr\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n de <strong>Gilberto \u201cN\u201d<\/strong>, se\u00f1alado por su posible participaci\u00f3n en un caso de <strong>homicidio calificado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La detenci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo el pasado 5 de junio en el municipio de <strong>Torre\u00f3n, Coahuila<\/strong>, donde los agentes cumplimentaron una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n emitida por un juez del estado de Nuevo Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n oficial, <strong>Gilberto \u201cN\u201d<\/strong> es identificado como un presunto generador de violencia relacionado con un grupo delictivo que opera en uno de los municipios del \u00e1rea metropolitana de Monterrey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras su detenci\u00f3n, el hombre fue trasladado a un <strong>Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n Social Estatal<\/strong>, donde permanecer\u00e1 <strong>a disposici\u00f3n de un juez de control<\/strong> para dar seguimiento a su proceso legal por el delito que se le imputa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia de Nuevo Le\u00f3n indic\u00f3 que cuenta con pruebas que vinculan a esta persona con hechos compatibles con <strong>homicidio calificado<\/strong>, aunque su responsabilidad legal ser\u00e1 determinada por las autoridades judiciales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\ud83d\udcc5 6 de junio de 2025 La Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones de Nuevo Le\u00f3n, en colaboraci\u00f3n con autoridades del estado de Coahuila, logr\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n de Gilberto \u201cN\u201d, se\u00f1alado por su posible participaci\u00f3n en un caso de homicidio calificado.
