{"id":19462,"date":"2019-10-22T17:06:46","date_gmt":"2019-10-22T23:06:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elsemanariodenuevoleon.com.mx\/portal\/?p=19462"},"modified":"2019-10-22T17:06:46","modified_gmt":"2019-10-22T23:06:46","slug":"vetara-estado-reformas-a-la-ley-de-salud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elsemanariodenuevoleon.com.mx\/portal\/vetara-estado-reformas-a-la-ley-de-salud\/","title":{"rendered":"Vetar\u00e1 Estado reformas a la Ley de Salud"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><em>Asegura Secretario General de Gobierno que el concepto de \u201cObjeci\u00f3n de Conciencia\u201d aprobado por el Congreso local es discriminatorio.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por considerar que la reforma a la Ley de Salud aprobada por el Congreso local es discriminatoria el Gobierno del Estado vetar\u00e1 esta iniciativa, anunci\u00f3 el Secretario General de Gobierno, Manuel Gonz\u00e1lez Flores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los diputados locales aprobaron por mayor\u00eda el pasado 15 de octubre incluir en la Ley de Salud el concepto \u201cObjeci\u00f3n de Conciencia\u201d, en el cual el personal m\u00e9dico podr\u00e1 excusarse para actuar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cNosotros en el Estado vamos a vetar esa iniciativa, por supuesto que nos oponemos a una discriminaci\u00f3n marcada en la Ley\u201d, manifest\u00f3 Gonz\u00e1lez Flores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cLos m\u00e9dicos deben de atender a toda la ciudadan\u00eda sea \u00e9sta cu\u00e1l fuese, y la posici\u00f3n de un Gobierno garantista como \u00e9ste es esa\u201d, agreg\u00f3 el funcionario estatal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Secretario General de Gobierno aclar\u00f3 que sin calificar la posici\u00f3n de los legisladores, el Gobierno del Estado nunca estar\u00e1 de acuerdo con la discriminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cNo tengo ning\u00fan pronunciamiento sobre ellos, usted me pregunt\u00f3 cu\u00e1l es la posici\u00f3n del Gobierno, la posici\u00f3n del Gobierno es antidiscriminatoria, nosotros garantizaremos en todo momento el que todo mundo tenga acceso a la salud sin ninguna discriminaci\u00f3n\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asegura Secretario General de Gobierno que el concepto de \u201cObjeci\u00f3n de Conciencia\u201d aprobado por el Congreso local es discriminatorio.
