The Washington Post anunci\u00f3 el nombramiento de Sally Buzbee como nueva directora del peri\u00f3dico, la primera mujer que llevar\u00e1 las riendas del prestigioso diario estadounidense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Buzbee, hasta ahora directora ejecutiva y vicepresidenta de la agencia Associated Press, se pondr\u00e1 al frente a partir de junio de una redacci\u00f3n que conforman cerca de un millar de periodistas, seg\u00fan ha informado el propio rotativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El editor y director ejecutivo del peri\u00f3dico, Fred Ryan, anunci\u00f3 este martes a la redacci\u00f3n el nombramiento de Buzbee en sustituci\u00f3n de Martin Baron, quien estuvo al frente del peri\u00f3dico desde 2013 y se jubil\u00f3 el pasado mes de febrero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La elecci\u00f3n de Buzbee se produce tras un proceso de selecci\u00f3n que comenz\u00f3 hace diez semanas, nada m\u00e1s dejar Baron el cargo y en el que ha competido un grupo peque\u00f1o de candidatos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
