{"id":84707,"date":"2023-10-24T18:28:31","date_gmt":"2023-10-25T00:28:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elsemanariodenuevoleon.com.mx\/portal\/?p=84707"},"modified":"2023-10-24T18:28:32","modified_gmt":"2023-10-25T00:28:32","slug":"presentan-diputados-reforma-integral-para-evitar-despojo-de-inmuebles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elsemanariodenuevoleon.com.mx\/portal\/presentan-diputados-reforma-integral-para-evitar-despojo-de-inmuebles\/","title":{"rendered":"Presentan Diputados reforma integral para evitar \u201cDespojo de Inmuebles\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a><\/a> Monterrey, N.L.-este martes Diputados que integran la Comisi\u00f3n de Justicia y Seguridad P\u00fablica del Congreso local presentaron la iniciativa de reforma a la Ley del Notariado, al C\u00f3digo Penal, al C\u00f3digo Civil, y a la Ley del Instituto Registral y Catastral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la Reforma a la Ley del Instituto Registral y Catastral del Estado de Nuevo Le\u00f3n se establece el uso de la Alerta Registral y Catastral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El diputado local del PRI Javier Caballero comento \u201cSon cinco leyes que se est\u00e1 proponiendo modificar para que d\u00e9 origen se pueda combatir este tipo de delitos y no nos esperemos a que haya procesos judiciales est\u00e1n tardados como comisi\u00f3n para dictaminarla y se podr\u00e1n incluir algunas otras iniciativas que sean propuestos a lo largo de este periodo legislativo impactaban o crear nuevos articulados en las distintas leyes y b\u00e1sicamente es un trabajo integral para que realmente pueda haber modificaciones al de la ley de notarios de archivo general\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Comisi\u00f3n de Justicia y Seguridad P\u00fablica del Poder Legislativo realiz\u00f3 diversas mesas de trabajo en las que participaron la Secretar\u00eda General de Gobierno, el Poder Judicial, la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia, el Instituto Registral y Catastral, el Archivo General de Notar\u00edas, los Municipios de Santiago y Allende, FOMERREY, el Colegio de Abogados, el Colegio de Notarios y v\u00edctimas del delito de despojo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Monterrey, N.L.-este martes Diputados que integran la Comisi\u00f3n de Justicia y Seguridad P\u00fablica del Congreso local presentaron la iniciativa de reforma a la Ley del Notariado, al C\u00f3digo Penal, al C\u00f3digo Civil, y a la Ley del Instituto Registral y Catastral.
