Tras su arresto, fue trasladado a las celdas de Reclusorio en el estado de Guanajuato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los hechos por los que se le acusa ocurrieron en el a\u00f1o 2019, cuando el detenido particip\u00f3 en una pelea con otro individuo. En medio del altercado, Luis David sac\u00f3 un cuchillo y agredi\u00f3 repetidamente a la v\u00edctima.
